Things I feel very strongly about: *every bite* of a cinnamon roll should be amazing. Every bite! Not just the centers, not just the bites coated in frosting. Edge to center, every bite should be fluffy, buttery, and awesome. No dry bites! Life is too short!

These are my dream come true. Every bite of these cinnamon rolls, edge to center, frosting or no frosting, is so good. And it’s because this dough itself is so good – it’s a brioche that is loaded with luxuries like eggs, butter, and honey.

And better yet: this brioche dough takes 5 minutes to come together, no kneading, and is perfect for the non-fancy, low maintenance baker. (It me!)

I’ve been making this recipe for 5 years. I am a low brow baker and I don’t have patience for fussy recipes. If I can do this, you can, too.
