My current best method for a Monday boost: prepping snacks. Not fancy at all, but I have a large batch of these pecan pie energy bites in my freezer right now and they are just little three-bite nuggets of joy that are making my life feel good, good, good. Like little dessert / cookie dough balls but with a pecan pie mood to them and a whole ton of nutrition (flax, oats, nuts, yum). 10/10 recommend with a morning or afternoon coffee.
