I always crave super spicy foods when it’s really hot out–how about you? Made my fiery shrimp + onion stir-fry with sambal butter again–but made it extra spicy this time with an extra dollop of @thesamballady’s Hot Chili Sambal. Paired the shrimp with a tangy Napa cabbage slaw, then piled everything onto duck fat tortillas. Scallion and many squeezes of lime to balance out all the flavors. These tacos are mouthwateringly-spicy yet refreshing and satisfying.
