Hello I have a big bubbling pan of Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuits that I made on Stories! This recipe is one of my all-time favorite recipes around this time of the year, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS including butter-brushed biscuits, garlic, herbs, shallots, and white wine, and chicken and tender vegetables soaked in a creamy sauce. OMG.
But I also wanted to drop this one into the Holiday Series because it is a great recipe for using leftover turkey! So here it is – save for post-Thanksgiving excitement, or (best case scenario) just make it ASAP. No better gift to yourself at the end of a long day than fluffy homemade biscuits and creamy chicken and vegetables in herby gravy, piping hot right out the oven. Of note: the leftovers, if you have any, might be even better.
