Cauli fried rice with salted edamame!

I used 1 bag of Trader Joe’s shredded cabbage, I diced one carrot here but a bag of TJ’s shredded carrots would be great too. The one bag of cauli rice

Ingredients:
1. 1 bag of Trader Joe’s shredded cabbage
2. 1 bag of TJs shredded carrots
3. Coconut aminos
4. 1 bag of cauli rice
5. Bell peppers if you like.
6. Eggs
7. Black pepper
8. Scallion

Add oil to your pan and add the cabbage, carrots and sauté until they shrink. Cook until the veggies are in the consistency you like. I like mine mostly crunchy but a lil crunchy. Then add some salt and coconut aminos. I sometimes add minced ginger and garlic if I have some on hand or I just add some garlic powder. Then add some black pepper. Add the cauli rice after the veggies have cooked and cook until the cauli rice is cooked. Scramble eggs separately and add it to the mix.
